AMAZING EXPERIENCE
After the hurricanes and storms last year, the air vent in my daughter’s bedroom started leaking heavily and mold started to form on the ceiling. JTO came out within a week ~ and, at the time, it seemed like all my friends were all complaining about being able to find anyone to help bc of the damage all around the community). JTO assessed, gave us an estimate, and then proceeded to temporarily fix the area of my roof on the spot. (I wanted to cry bc another storm was approaching so I was freaking out.) Become we were traveling so much, they were extremely flexible with getting us scheduled, which was another bonus for us. Never pushy, never annoyed. Just gracious and patient. Once the roof was fixed, they sent someone to do the drywall and then painters came later. You would never know there was damage to the ceiling, after they finished. It was pristine; even the paint job was great! Every person I worked with from Sheila, who has been so sweet from day one, to Toby (who texted me a billion times to work with me) we are just so extremely grateful for your warmth, workmanship, and all around wonderful spirit. Thank you again!
