"A friend of mine and former employer Tim Linger recommended Jeff. I wasn't sure what to expect a few different companies had came out a couple of them had similar estimates and the other were just high estimates. One company even went as far as offering a $1500 discount. Well needless to say, they were by far the most expensive. Jeff was a breath of fresh air to say the least, he was the only one of my appointments that gave me an honest and professional opinion. Being the owner of the company and having a vast amount of experience l wasn't sure where this would go. To my surprise, he looked at my roof very closely. One thing he told me was that the two story houses on each side of me were offering a lot of wind protection along with my trees as well. Another thing he said was that with the age of my roof l could use a replacement but the condition doesn't really justify that. I appreciate Jeff being honest and upfront with me. The other companies obviously weren't. One of them did not even follow up, that would be the one offering a $1500 discount and the most expensive. "First of all is the question of how I found out about JTO Roofing and Solar. In a conversation with an acquaintance of mine, I asked him if he knew of a reputable roofing company and this is when he suggested to contact JTO Roofing and Solar. I did the following and spoke to Account Manager Bob Stout. Bob came by to take a look at my roof to see what needed to be done. The contract paperwork was drawn up to get the process moving. Bob answered any questions that I had concerning the process. I had a meeting with Bob to pick out the heavy duty shingles and other components for the job. After the permit was issued by the city, the roofing replacement commenced, to rebuild the roof and apply heavy duty shingles. Based on the amount of work needed to replace the wood decking and other wood components, the workflow of the job went very smooth and completed the following evening. (Started on a Thursday morning and completed the following Friday evening) These were professional roofers with decades of experience, so I had confidence that the job would be done right!! The process to get the re-roof project completed was smooth from start to finish. The communication with Bob and other members of his team was consistent and frequent to keep me up to date on progress So in conclusion, I recommend to other home owners, don't skimp on getting a quality replacement roof. Go with JTO Roofing and Solar!!"
