"First of all is the question of how I found out about JTO Roofing and Solar. In a conversation with an acquaintance of mine, I asked him if he knew of a reputable roofing company and this is when he suggested to contact JTO Roofing and Solar. I did the following and spoke to Account Manager Bob Stout. Bob came by to take a look at my roof to see what needed to be done. The contract paperwork was drawn up to get the process moving. Bob answered any questions that I had concerning the process. I had a meeting with Bob to pick out the heavy duty shingles and other components for the job. After the permit was issued by the city, the roofing replacement commenced, to rebuild the roof and apply heavy duty shingles. Based on the amount of work needed to replace the wood decking and other wood components, the workflow of the job went very smooth and completed the following evening. (Started on a Thursday morning and completed the following Friday evening) These were professional roofers with decades of experience, so I had confidence that the job would be done right!! The process to get the re-roof project completed was smooth from start to finish. The communication with Bob and other members of his team was consistent and frequent to keep me up to date on progress So in conclusion, I recommend to other home owners, don't skimp on getting a quality replacement roof. Go with JTO Roofing and Solar!!"

"We called JTO Roofing concerning shingles blown off during the hurricane. Paul Priest was very knowledgeable and professional. He even wore special shoes to walk on the roof. Paul inspected the roof and also the interior. He explained in detail that we have a membrane under to shingles to prevent leaks and arranged a quick repair. We highly recommend JTO."

"After the hurricanes and storms last year, the air vent in my daughter’s bedroom started leaking heavily and mold started to form on the ceiling. JTO came out within a week ~ and, at the time, it seemed like all my friends were all complaining about being able to find anyone to help bc of the damage all around the community). JTO assessed, gave us an estimate, and then proceeded to temporarily fix the area of my roof on the spot. (I wanted to cry bc another storm was approaching so I was freaking out.) Become we were traveling so much, they were extremely flexible with getting us scheduled, which was another bonus for us. Never pushy, never annoyed. Just gracious and patient. Once the roof was fixed, they sent someone to do the drywall and then painters came later. You would never know there was damage to the ceiling, after they finished. "JTO saved my historical home! After several frustrating dead-ends with other roofers, I was lucky enough to find Paul at JTO roofing. Paul went above and beyond taking time with me to explain every detail of the process. I was even invited to the office to meet the rest of the JTO staff, including Holly who was equally as professional and kind. They can about their employees and it shows! They did not use sub-contractors on my roof, but their own employees. That alone shows what values the company has. There is a humble family feel to this team, and they will treat you like you are part of it. JTO took time to put care and effort into reroofing my historical home (pre-1887!). Most contractors do not have the expertise to step outside typical moden subdivisions nor do they appreciate the charm and fragility of historic homes. Prior to JTO I had several active leaks inside.
