Mr. Bob Stout, JTO Contracting, Inc. is the most professional, courteous and knowledgeable project manager I've ever had the pleasure to meet, work with and consider a brother and friend. From our first meeting he consistently kept me informed on all aspects of the work, options and progress via text and phone calls. As a retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel, veteran of both Iraq and Afghanistan, I can emphatically state the Bob is a true Patriot, Professional and I would go to combat with him by my side tomorrow, he is that professional. All work performed was of the absolute highest standard of EXCELLENCE and QUALITY. All work performed was on my 93 year old English Mum's home. My wife and I were involved in every step of the process consulting with Bob on every step and take full responsibility for any misunderstanding between Bob and my Mum on the final total cost. The roof and all associated work will easily last another twenty plus years and is the envy of the neighborhood. Outstanding Roofing Company
JTO Roofing is the best from scheduling appointments to completion of my new roof, the experience was exceptional. Mark Powell was the point of contact and oversaw the project with his professional crew to deliver a perfect roof along with skylight and gutters with gutter guards to deliver a perfect project. Mark's recommendations on shingle color and drip edge was on point. The crew was amazing working in the summer heat 100d and never missed a beat completing the job. They thoroughly cleaned up everything around the house and left my home and yard in perfect condition. I highly recommend JTO Roofing for your roofing project.

Can't say enough good things
Getting a new roof is not something anyone looks forward to. It is complicated and could easily become overwhelming without the right level of communication and support. That was never a even a concern with JTO. Their team made the entire process incredibly easy. They were informative, timely, always easy to contact, and communicated incredibly well throughout the entire process. We never felt in the dark, and anyways knew exactly what to expect. During construction, their crew was professional, clean, and worked efficiently. The job started and ended on time, and there were zero hidden fees or unwanted surprises. The follow-up support related to insurance paperwork was equally as professional. I have zero hesitation in recommending JTO. Great company and great people. Our roof looks GREAT!
Immediate response and 5+ star work!
An unexpected micro burst during an afternoon rain storm peeled back a portion of our roof and dumped it in the pool. Jeff at JTO was highly recommended by close family because he did an outstanding job for them. He got back to us immediately and was a huge help navigating the process along with our insurance company to get the roof replaced and inside damage repaired. The entire crew at JTO were polite, efficient, hard working and did an top quality job. Please give them a call, they do amazing work and truly care. We rate them 5+ star!!!

Roof replacement
We cannot thank Dustin enough for everything he has done for us! Mark also for him and his guys with the roof. Dustin thank you for being so prompt and answering my calls or messages when we needed you! Those guys worked long and hard on our roof. Very prompt arrivals and worked late to get the job done. Thank you Dustin for helping to make all those phone calls to the insurance company to help get issues resolved. 10/10 recommended JTO for roof replacement!
