Paul and JTO were referred to me through my father. They replaced his roof a few years ago and he couldn’t say enough good things. We needed a life expectancy report on our roof for our insurance company. That’s how we met Paul. He was so professional and personable, and knowledgeable. It really stuck with us. Fast forward a couple of years, we had a terrible hailstorm and I remembered Paul and kept his number. I called him and he was out to check our property/roof within a couple of days. After checking the area, and the roof it was clear we had a lot of damage. We filed a claim with our ins company. When their adjuster came to review the claim, Paul was here to meet him and answer any questions. The adjuster agreed with the assessment of damages and our claim was approved. Once the roof color was approved the JTO team was here just a couple of days later at first light. From Neil delivering the dumpster to store the discarded materials, Pedro and crew who worked tirelessly all day to get the job done and did great work, Neilson who did the screens,Toby who managed the project and was amazing, Paul who was our rock and guided us through every step of the process with integrity, patience, and sage advice, Holly and Michelle who do a lot of the unseen work with the ins companies and getting everything approved and keeping you in the loop with all communications. All wonderful people who do great work and treat you like family. Ty JTO! I would recommend JTO to everyone.
